The first thing you should do is close the account ASAP. Tell the bank they are fraudulent withdrawals. Maybe they can help you get the last payment back or at least block future withdrawal attempts. Make sure there is enough money in the account to satisfy outstanding checks. Don't write any more checks on the account. As soon as the last check clears, cancel the account. Then open a new account in a different bank. You should have noticed this earlier, but better late than never.

Wamu (now Chase) was offering a $100 bonus if you open a checking account with them. Shop around to see who has the best deal.

I had a similar auto-withdrawal problem with Bank of America. I canceled my checking account and opened another one at the same bank. The money then started being withdrawn from my new account. The best thing is to switch banks.

It's time to go to the bank and find out what's going on.I would close that account asap, also check with your local courthouse and see if there's been a judgement against you.If you google credit solutions without .com on the end.your being scammed you need to act without haste. Many state ags are preparing legal action to stop them.

Just have you bank put a block on anything from them. Very easy fix. In addition, dispute the charges and you'll likely get your money back.
