how does agreed judgement turn into judgement lien/abstract judgement if i signed a agreed judgement with them stating that no action would be taken unless i default on the agreement.

Simple. They just file it with the court, get a judgment and even if you find out about it sometime in the future what are you going to be able to do about it? Nothing! That's what. After all, how can you prove you didn't default on the agreement? And what law did they break? Breach of contract? Do you have a copy with anybody's signature on it other than your own? If so, what did the agreed judgment you signed say about what would constitute a breach of the contract? What you have signed is a unilateral contract of sorts. You were most likely the only signer. If you have any legal recourse I'd sure like to know about it.

It beats them obtaining a judgment against you in the very near future.
