I got a voicemail today from a bill collector saying that they would be going to my job tomorrow to collect at my place of employment for a NSF check I had awhile back. This company is a small signature loan company. Is this legal?
As long as there allow to by a supervisor of your company or a court order.Now as a supervisor i would not allow them into my place of business,in fact i had the police remove a couple of salesman who wouldn't leave.Its up to the company you work for.
Really? They are allowed to do that? I dont know, you should look into it some more. Did the collector end up coming to your work?
