i have a dumb question,what if she just dosent pay them.what are they going to do.how can they make her husband pay.it isnt his bill and what if there isnt enough money left over to pay even if he wanted to.what about her being judgment proof if she dosent have anything, also can she file bankrupt and not her husband.
That is generally true but if there is some problem with the jurisdiction of the court (for instance) then there is never a time limit. So if she was never served then the court had no jurisdiction and the judgment is null and void upon it's face ab initio.
