This is a follow up to the thread I started in which I stated that I paid $2400.00 on June 07, 2009 and six months after that time not one of five AU's had ever posted! Well as of today, and to my surprise, 4 of the 5 are now reporting on my credit report! As fatwallet noted they do have noticeably high balances but since he (Apex) never said they would not I won't make that an issue at this point. And so over 7 months since reciept of my money I have the 4 AU's I initially paid for. And it appears I am only waiting for the additional AU Apex offered as consideration for whatever took place on their end to cause such a delay. I hope they report soon! I also hope those high balances don't adversely affect the increase in score I would have gotten otherwise. Will it?

Well it seems that by the cards being maxed out that I won't even get a score increase and my score may even be lowered as a result of high utilization rates! Damn! If it ain't one thing its another!

Start by paying down your smallest cards first, pay them down to below 50% at least or 30% if you can, and we Do rapid rescores so we can get those balances updated for you in 5-7 business days. Don't stress yourself out by focusing on all of them, do them one at a time starting from the smallest. The limits are irrelevant, you do not lose anymore points for a 10,000 maxed out card than for a $300 maxed out card, it's the % that is important.

CreditRepG: I can't pay down balances because I simply paid to be added to the accounts for the score increase. Maybe you're not familiar with that service but it does exists and some companies are more reliable than others. All I can do is wait for Apex to pay it down himself or dispute them off I don't even know anymore. This whole experience has been a nightmare!

Amigo32: good luck my friend all I can do is wish you the best. I really was not expecting anything to ever show up after so long had passed (7 months). But they did. I believed the man was a criminal now I just believe the man is a terrible businessman. 3 of the 4 that have posted were maxed out and I am still waiting on 1 other and I hope that one offsets the others!

Sorry to hear that. Your AU tradelines SHOULD be removed easily with a dispute as "not mine". Apex credit services really screwed you over on this(No Surprise there). I hope you follow through and do what it takes to get your money back. Please don't stop posting your experiences on the net so you can save others from your fate.

The sad thing is that this would have never happened if the regulars here weren't so set on defending Apex credit services every time somebody posted something negative about the slime ball. Nothing but silence now that they have figured out how wrong they were. Sad stuff. That's why this forum is floundering.

Fat iust a quick note.if there's no civil action then there's no comment to make.In this country you have legal options, and unless their taken then it's hearsay.I defend him on the basis our legal system is founded on.Also because one person said this.As you can tell the forum is open for everyone, they even let you call him a slimeball, which is not proper in a forum.I believe you have an agenda other then Apex.I could be wrong, but none of your posts have been to address credit issues,of other poster's.

Well folks I am so done with this Apex Business. With everything else I got going on right now another lawsuit would be overwhelming! As I posted 4 of the 5 did report and all but one 500.00 card had extreme balances and not one had a limit beyond 6k! There was a small score increase but the utilization rate of the cards did adversely affect my overall usage rate which is taken into consideration when determining how much a house you can afford. Sometimes I entertain the thought the maxed out cards were deliberate acts of retaliation by Apex against me for putting ripples in the pond so to speak, i.e. for stirring up such a comotion with my complaints. If it is or if it isn't it certainly appears that way and I in no way feel guilt for expressing my grievances against apex. I feel like as consumers we are obligated to create a record of such grievances for the benefit of those potential consumers that come after. Now I see why feedback positive or negative is so important on ebay! Although I choose to look at this as a bought lesson I still do believe anyone who attemps obstructing credible grievances against potential scammers from being made available for people to see is very much like aiding the perpetuationof the scam, especially when ther are different people making the same claims. In any event I'm done with the topic and for people in the market for au's I would have to say steer clear of apex! Wish I had found boostmyscore.net sooner!

P.S. However if anyone ends up having to suit Apex I would not be opposed to offer an account of all that has taken place. I will keep all my records regarding the matter in a safe place just in case ; ) . Just PM me I ain't hard to find!

If you think you have been mistreated and can't get relief any other way then you might think about discussing the matter with your A.G.

I had a run in with a company known as CCH Consulting LLC. a couple of years ago. I never paid them any money but I knew they were a scam so I did some investigating and found more issues to complain about and I pursued those vigorously. (to make a long story short). They filed a federal case against me in El Paso federal court for a milion and 40 thousand dollars making all kinds of accusations. I won the case easily and later the Texas A.G. put them out of business. I believe that the reason the AG put them out of business was because they were running an illegal credit repair business which was one of the things I complained about.

I am more than just pretty certain that Apex isn't running any illegal credit repair business and I know for a fact that he is an attorney and has another attorney who works with him. I have no idea why he hasn't returned your calls and I wouldn't even hazard a guess.

My best advice to you would be that you not make any more derogatory comments about him in public forums unless you can prove all that you say in a court of law because if you do I doubt that he would be the least bit hesitant to sue you for libel in the event he felt compelled to do so.

I would highly suggest that in the event you feel mistreated you keep your accusations to yourself until you have taken all the proper steps to resolve the matter by whatever means might be available including trying to work out your differences with Apex privately.

Spouting off your grieviences in public until you have exhausted all your administrative remedies is never a good idea.

On the other hand Attorney Generals are not nearly as powerful as they like people to think they are either but they sure can scare the heck out of people who don't know how to deal with them.

If you wish to discuss this further I have set up a separate forum here on this board which is at least semi-private and is not easily accessable unless you happen to know how to access it. I think I have to invite you to it but I'm not even sure about that. Of course, the moderators will have no trouble finding it at all and I'm absolutely certain they will be watching it as they do everything here. The only advantage is that it is a wee bit more out of the public view but if you will send me a PM I'll invite you in so you will have no trouble finding it.

I' ve got a lot of respect for Apex and I'd hate to find out that I had misplaced that feeling. I have no idea what might have gone wrong of course but I'm sure Apex can figure it out and do whatever he can to improve your situation.

    Just a side comment.

Are Billie Bauer, aka Creditwrench, and Cap1Sucks, aka Creditwrench, talking to each other?

Inquiring members might like to know.

Inquiring members might also like to know what difference it would make even if what you suggest is true?

We know for certain that Billie Bauer also operates a business known as Creditwrench but so what? He doesn't hide that fact nor have I seen him advertise that fact. So what difference does it make? None as far as I am concerned. What difference does that make so long as he doesn't violate any forum rules? And if he does the moderators will take care of that problem and it isn't anybody else's business. That's the way I see it.

If he is here to advertise he won't be around for long and if he is here and willing to give helpful information for free then so what? Or are you just trying to start some kind of fight or bickering to get him kicked off again?

So in this same thread I see you trying to kick Apex first and now Bauer. What is your reason for doing that?
