Although I have moved on I felt obligated to make a final post in a matter many have followed in order to make the record more complete. Many times grievances are presented here and the resolution to the issue is never made apart of the record and the grievance although resolved can continue to do damage to the target although the issue was settled amicably. Although the claims I made about my personal experience with Apex were factual and have been well documented over a couple of threads. The conclusion of the issue has not. I was contacted by Apex via email some time ago and although I had reservations about the nature of the email before reading it, the email turned out to be an attempt by Apex to settle our differences. After all that had transpired I was expecting more of the same and what I got was an apology, a complete acceptance of responsibility, an explanation, and an offer of free services to rectify the matter. Nothing could have shocked me more. I suspected a big part of the motivation behind this offer was to restore some of the order to this forum which Apex and I both respect and appreciate. I believe it took a lot for Apex to reach out to me and I respect him for making that decision. I don't believe I ever had unrealistic expectations in the matter. I wanted what I paid for by the time agreed upon. But sometimes s@#$ does happen and I understand that. I know in the future Apex will dutifully address like situations (without delay) before they get so far out of hand and will also fully disclose to potential customers the balances on the cards he will add them to, when exactly they will be added (availability) to cards, confirmation immediately after they have been added, good faith estimate of how long before the cards will report, and unambiguous language in contract as to what exactly is guaranteed and what is not. In my honest opinion I don't expect to see or hear anything but positive feedback about Apex in the future. Regardless of what anyone believes I believe my post here about the said situation precipitated our resolution just as feedback on ebay aids and assists buyer's and sellers in their decision on who and who not to do business with. All in. All I would say the situation was resolved amicably. For the information of those who hve been following.

    Thank you for your statement.

With that said, this is the only complaint we've received from an actual client per this board thus, hopefully, our enemies, trolls, shills, and competition will stay off this board so people can come here free from disputes.

Again, I thank the OP for following through on his promise.

I'm glad to see what I'm seeing in this thread too. In today's internet world nothing is more important than reputation. Apex obviously knows that and is properly doing all that he can to keep that record as pristine as is humanly possible. Doing so is vital.

It may well be doubly important to him because what he does has come under a lot of fire over the last few years. There have been a number of scam artists out there doing bad things with AU accounts and Apex seems to be proving that it don't have to be that way. He most assuredly deserves quite a bit of credit for conducting his business in an honorable and upright way.

Oh come on Apex, you and I both know better than that. I really don't want to bring our unresolved issues to the board so I won't but you should throw lies like this out to the public. There may be only a few complaints but not only one.. I hope one day I will be able to write an apology and talk about how badass Apex was in resolving the issues we are having but I really don't see this in the near fututre. Care to prove me wrong?

Before this spirals out of control, we ask that you please take any unresolved personal issues to email or private message. The board is no place to conduct personal disputes.

For anyone wishing to simply conduct research on Apex and the services they offer, there are plenty of threads here to provide you with various viewpoints and experiences. This thread, however, is being closed.
