question about "filed" status on judgment

4 years ago I had a judgment against me by the state of Washington for $822 in unemployment overpayment. I paid the amount at that time.

Skip ahead to present day, I applied for a job with the TSA and I was denied the position because the judgment status shows as "filed" on the public record section of my credit report. The TSA denied me the position because they believe the judgment is still open and unpaid. How do I fix this so it shows that the balance is paid in order to show TSA that I have no federal or state government debt?

Send proof that the judgment has been satisfied along with a dispute letter to the three major CRAs. Request that the judgment be updated to "Satisfied" and hopefully they'll cooperate.

I would also send a copy of the proof to the TSA.
