Anyone have any experience with disputing a negative TL on multiple CR's only to have it deleted from one bureau and verified at another?

If so, any success in using deleted TL confirmation from one bureau at another?

I don't have personal experience, but if the TL has been deleted from multiple CRA's then I would pass that proof along in a Dispute to the one CR that continues to validate the debt.

    Thanks Jason.

Only issue is, the TL was reporting only to two CRA's to begin with. So it was just an 'Item Deleted' on one, and 'Verified' on the other, no '2 against 1 odds'...

...but I think I'll give your suggestion a shot, especially since the I've got the creditor on a few FCRA violations (must thank jam here, responses that he posted several weeks ago referring to his pending cases helped me with drafting a great LTR with my facts) and they're right in the middle of the 30 days I gave to either report as positive or delete.

Got it. Well good luck of course, and keep us posted if you can.
