    Hi everyone,

I'am brand new to this forum so pls help if possible. Just pulled my report from all three and discovered the following judgements:

My scores are super low and urgently need to increase them: 571, 576, 590
I do have student loans however i have been paying so they appear as "current"

The 3 problems seem to be:
1.NY State taxes as of 1/2013---I was never notify that they were going to do this (not a large amount so I can pay it). Can I have this removed since I was never contact?

2.Eviction 1/2007â??a company I did know about but fell on some hard time sp i could not pay. Can i have this removed since I was never contact about the judgment?

3.NCO Portfolio 4/2007 I donâ??t know what this one is about, not sure why itâ??s there. Can have this removed since I was never contact about the judgment?

    Welcome!

Are these back taxes? If you can pay it, I would consider sending them a pay-for-delete letter explaining that because you were never notified of the date, to allow to pay in full and, in exchange, have the bad debt removed from your reports.

I'm less sure of this one. Do you mean to say you were evicted because the company you worked for fell on hard times?

Is there a DOFD attributed to this one? 2014 is less than a year away...

Eviction- This is an appartment rental company. When i lost my job, i could not pay so they evict me and my child. How should i handle this one?

Don't send a check until you have written confirmation that they're willing to accept a pay for delete. And yes - here's a sample letter you can work from: http://consumers.creditnet.com/Discussions/sample-letters/t-payment-deletion-letter-65289.html

I'm less clear about this one. Sounds like you could send them a goodwill letter asking to remove the tradeline from your reports (aka stop reporting). Do you still have that letter? Make sure you have it before proceeding. Also, here's a link to the goodwill letter we allow Creditnet members to use as an example: http://consumers.creditnet.com/Discussions/sample-letters/t-pyschdocs-goodwill-letter-71631.html

I would probably just let this one expire.
