Discover and PFB

    Has anyone had any success using PFB to talk to Discover?

    I have tried Discover via Planetfeedback a couple times. They have not replied to one of my letters.

    They don't reply to Planet Feedback. Write to Mr. Brice @ Discover if you have a problem with your account..

    Who is Mr Brice, an exec? Send it to their corporate headquarters? Thanks for your help!

    I think he's some sort of customer advocate.. I got good results from him.. I don't have the address with me, but do a search on Discover and Brice

    NO...

    No help on ON-LINE E-MAIL either until I was given a special 800# and I got $4,000+ 5.90% BT NO FEE...

    I HAD CONSIDERED CLOSING THE ACCOUNT AFTER 6 YEARS...ALL BECAUSE THEY HAD REFUSED TO INCREASE THE CREDIT LIMIT OR REDUCE THE INTEREST RATE ON THE BT WITH-OUT PULLING A CREDIT REPORT!!!

    It is AMAZING that a CREDIT REPORT is MORE IMPORTANT than a perfectly paid customer of 6 years!!!
