NO... No help on ON-LINE E-MAIL either until I was given a special 800# and I got $4,000+ 5.90% BT NO FEE... I HAD CONSIDERED CLOSING THE ACCOUNT AFTER 6 YEARS...ALL BECAUSE THEY HAD REFUSED TO INCREASE THE CREDIT LIMIT OR REDUCE THE INTEREST RATE ON THE BT WITH-OUT PULLING A CREDIT REPORT!!! It is AMAZING that a CREDIT REPORT is MORE IMPORTANT than a perfectly paid customer of 6 years!!!
