    1-Type your letter, or import from any Windows based Word Processor.
    2-Your document is sent electronically to our Mail Processing Facility.
    3-We print, fold, and apply postage using our patented forms technology.
    4-Your letter is deposited into the U.S. Postal Service stream.
    5-Your Certified Letter is delivered by a USPS employee and signed by the recipient

    How do you pay for it? CC? Maybe they'll bill me. It should get here around mid - June.

    not just for certified mail now... They do it for anything... cheap too like $0.19 for envelope and first page... I wonder if it would speed things up with deliver. Do they print it closer to the person/company you're sending it to?

    I'm not sure, Bkev, but I'm trying to send one out to Citi. Except it wants a first/last name. What do you think I should put there?
