Funny, I just got mine in the mail today with those exact terms. I just applied online last week and got it already. They said the BT's are 0% also... I think its a pretty good card, better than my 700.00 credit line they gave me on my other capital one mc. Jamee

...But I have been DENIED for cards "EVERYBODY" can get from CITIBANK, CAPITAL ONE, JUNIPER, GET SMART!!! I CAN'T EVEN GET THE "PRE-APPROVED" ONES...
