Can I both validate and verify?

I sent some validation letters to the collection agencies 11/27. Should I send dispute or verfication letters to the CRAs at the same time?

Would this hurt or help me? I am not sure if this would speed up possible deletions. Or should I wait until I get a response, if any, from the CA.

I am dealing with a dup. account from Gulf State & Asset Acceptance Corp. the original creditor was CitiBank.

I sent Arrow Financial a restrictive endorsement settlement offer 10/22 and they did not respond. So, I sent them the validation letter. Should I wait until I get a response if any? Or dispute with the CRAs. The original creditor was Mervyns.

I am not an expert by any means. Here is the method I am using. I send validation letters to ca's and then, shortly thereafter, I dispute with CRA. This should in fact make it impossible for the cra to verify, because the debt collector cannot report the debt or have collection activity until they are able to verify.

Some people choose to dispute only, during the first round and then send out validations for second round disputes. Please research this board and ask questions, especially if these are debts that may likely be verified by the ca.
