BK gone from Equifax

Chapter 13 filed in 12/96...Removed from Equifax.
Over 2 years from the normal 7 year removal date.
Yippeeeeee!!!!!!, Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!!!.
It never was on TU....and I am working on Experian.
Just goes to show you....Dispute, Dispute, and Dispute more. They were showing incorrect status and I had it removed on that basis. Experian is incorrect too.

Gang..Find a little something wrong with the entry and just dispute the hell out of it....The main lesson here is.......

Dont give Up!!!!.......Ever!!!!

Thanks to Creditnet and all of you here...I will soon be able to get a prime rate on a mortgage.

My BK 13 was listed as "involuntary Chapter 13..Dismissed". I just disputed repeating that it was Voluntary and that it was Discharged. Also they had some funky numbers following the Case # and I went after them for that too...It took about 6 1/2 months of repeated disputes saying those things but it finally worked. I also said something to the effect that "these errors in reporting are in violation of FCRA rules and it is your duty to investigate and correct these errors or delete the entry accordingly."

Keep it simple and in your own words, but most of all they need to understand that you mean business!
