within the last 2 months i have had over 30 inquirys deleted from experian ( between me and husb), they just fall off with them, at least for me, but TU keeps sending me letters saying we cant do it, is there a secret? Ive tried every way suggested on this board, anyone have success and how did you do it? TU is the one everyone pulls for me, I think cuz theres a local affiliate in my area (Buffalo NY)

Dispute the TU inquiries online--I had 2 out of 4 removed that way! There is a comments section or something like that at the end, and I just tucked the requests for deletion in there.

6 for 6 here. I did it online and simply said "I don't do business with this company".

    Star,

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again....

PERSISTENCE results in a lot of deletions. I had a tax lien removed from TU because I tried one last time.

I have also had a lot of success contacting creditors directly to have inquiries removed. It is taking sometimes 2 letters CRR and a BBB complaint, but I just want things off! And so far it is working.

I deal with the Buffalo office, I have had 48 inq removed from my TU. However I have always done it by fax. I don't mail them anything. Do a search for the TU fax number.
