Cardkid, I did everything through the mail CRR. I also pulled my credit report printed and filed on weekly basis through privista to make sure I can prove my claims. Some of the pros out can tell you what to do. I simply went to the small claims office and told what I wanted to and she gave me the form and I just filled it out. I attempted to attach a letter to be delivered to Equifax when they are getting served but they will not take it. I sent a copy the completed court document with my letter explaining my complain mailed it to them.
Re: $ One big one was a $4500 in a telemarketing violation settlement. I signed a non-disclosure. I have a settlement proposal from a collector for $1000-- from one mentioned on this message board. They wanted non-disclosure and I refused. They're about to get hit on a different issue (inquiry). I'm glad I didn't agree to the gag.
