I don't know personally, but did you try PFB or calling them and asking for a specific reason? I think at one time I saw an 800# posted on here. Try doing a search.
Call 800 DISCOVER they can give you the # to New Accounts (I use to have it, but now I can't find it..go figure). If they won't help contact Mr. Brice Brown, Inquiry Specialist at Discover (his address can be found on this website). Good luck and I hope all goes well. Dani

In the same letter that you received your denial there is a phone number and is not an 800 is a regular number that you can call, so you can request a reconsideration... somebody will answer rigth away and it will let you know...I did it and the reason of my denial was bcs I had to many accounts open with more than 50% charged to them...she told me to pay them off and then wait for about 1 or 2 months so it can be shown on the CR.
