Just applied..message said " as soon as your application is processed we will send results to address listed on application". Is this a denial?
It depends on who you get. I applied for new cards the other day and everytime I call, they tell me I have to wait for the mail.......................
I was approved online for silver and gold on 12/4. Had to fax copy of phone bill. Just got a letter on 12/15, dated 12/11, telling me that I was approved, and that I should receive my cards in 7-10 days. It takes them a while. cariba
1-301-733-5501 or 1-888-201-4523. When you call it will ask for a refrence #. Since you do not have one pick 1 and tell them that your power went out and you are not sure if you where denied approved or what! This is how I got them to talk. I was denied b/c of a CA on my Equifax report that was 3 years old. I had it in dispute that still didn't matter. Good Luck
I recently applied for this card and got the same message. I didn't get a reference # when I applied. About a week or two later, I got a call at work from them (checking to see if I am who I say I am). They asked specific questions about the accounts I had. Anyway, a few days after that, got a letter saying "we're eager to extend credit to you, but we're having a problem verifying your address and home phone #. Please send a copy of the phone bill within 30 days, etc.". The bill is not in my name so I called the 800 # that's posted in the above thread . All they need is the name, address and phone number on the bill and they call directory assistance to see if it's valid. I was approved for $6K. I was told that the card should be here no later than the 21st. Hope this helps... Good Luck!!
Tommyy NO you dont get a ref number when you apply for the card. That comes in the letter that tells you if you where approved or denied. That why I told you to tell them the power went out..lol!!!
