The bill is already with a CA, I have written several validation letters, all they send back is a printout. I have sent the estoppel, I'm just waiting to see what they do with it. So far it ISN'T on my report. I hope they send it back to the doctors office, I'm willing to pay some if not all, just not to this CA. They won't see a dime from me. KHM
Rina, would you explain (it would be best in a new thread titled "Medical collections, insurance") what the whole problem is, in general, between consumers and hospitals? Are the problems mostly from emergency visits? Who is usually at fault? What documents should the consumer demand to avoid collection activity?
