I paid 2 collections accounts. They state pd on my credit report, what can i do to have them deleted. Thank You.
ok Iam a newbie but htis is what I've learned so far. since you have paid them they will not agree when you call up to ask them to take the notation off. you now have nothing to negotiate. But what you can do is dispute the line as not yours. Sometimes when you dispute a paid account with CRA's they really do not care that much to send in a response to the CRA's since the account is paid. It may take several disputes though.
An account (whether reported by the original creditor or with a collection agency) is considered a tradeline (or 'line', for short) Wish you the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS
