While waiting on my Cap1 (Subprime) Platinum I was curious to see what new benefits I would receive from VISA. Here's what platinum gives over GOLD...... NOTHING! Increase the palette of your wallet. Thats all FOLKS. Yeah I know Platinum cards normally have better terms than GOLD but I thought VISA/MC gave you something.
I would ask who covers the benefits, Cap1 or Visa International. If it's Visa International then you should have a few benefits over gold. It's best to check with them just to make sure ** Note - this may have changed because I'm going by what I know from 1998 but if the credit line is below $5,000 then Visa will not cover the benefits ** GT
