    RE:

    To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in regards to the public record listed on my credit report. This entry is grossly inaccurate and incomplete. I have requested that it be investigated on numerous occasions only for it to be verified every time. I have also received several letters from Trans Union stating the entry has â??new information belowâ? only for it to be reported exactly as it was before. All of which I have documentation of.

I am quite concerned that you have neglected to assure the information you report is 100% accurate. And I hope you are aware you are in violation of the FCRA by reporting this entry as you are.

It seems to me that it would be common sense that it is impossible for a bankruptcy to have $0 liabilities and $0 assets like you are reporting. It also amazes me that you are able to verify a docket number that belongs to someone else as being mine.

I am demanding that you either report this entry with 100% accuracy, as you are required to do so by law or you completely delete it from my credit report.

Be aware I am forwarding this letter to the Florida State Attorney General and well as the Better Business Bureau. Iâ??m sure they would be interested in the manner of which you are conducting disputes on inaccurate information.

Also please be aware that if this matter is not resolved with 100% compliance of the law I will also be contacting my local news channels consumer investigator to also check into your malicious practices and I will also be forwarding all documentation and correspondence to my lawyer to proceed in any manner he feels deemed as necessary.

Thank you for your time and I hope to have this resolved most expeditiously.

    Sincerely,

P.S. Be kind, LOL letter writing is not one of my talents.....

WOW! Nice job! Mind if I use that letter as well? I like the style and I am having the same problem. Experian and TU are both a major sore spot on that with me now. I like your style!

The only suggestion I have is that you really don't want the bk reported correctly, you want it gone. I would drop the line about reporting it accurately and just say that you want them to delete the erroneous entry.

Nice letter. I agree with the above suggestions :)

Good "walking the line" with the bk.
