I can't find out where or how to cancel this!! I have about 3 weeks, but I have looked the sight over and over and even emailed customercare@equifax.com (that sends you the welcome email) and they don't respond. I don't want to be stuck paying for this service. Does anyone know?

Sorry Tia I don't know :( Try checking the phone number on the bottom of the report. It should be there. I have had the same problem here, some people get answers immediatly, other could ask all week not get help.

When I just sent them an email, I got no reply either. But I also got no charges.

    Love,
    I believe it's customer.care@equifax.com

Notice the "." between the words customer and care. Try e-mailing again.

Tried that...no response. Finally got someone on the phone today, she said it was cancelled. While I was talking to her I was still able to log in. Who knows? I better change the billing credit card or I will be hit for $49.99 (i think) that I'm not expecting out of my checking account.

Where do you find your score using this? I sure hope that I clicked in the right area under free trial. I get a weird feeling that I paid for something unintentionally.

You can't get your score...that's why it sux!! And nobody at Equifax seems to know how to cancel it...lol. It's another way they are ripping us off.
