My Providian C/O has been removed from my Equifax and Tu reports... I forgot to mail my dispute to experian for my chod.. gosh im such a dummy sometimes.. A collection that is not mine was verified.. boy isnt that funny.. something that is mine gets deleted and something that is not remains.. Typical CRA.. my girl friend: all negatives on (3)TU removed. Completely Clean report. all negatives on (4)EQ removed. Completely Clean report. 4 out of 5 on EX removed and I account to positive plus about 30 inquries. Though the one verified collection was for 34 dollars from 1997 that is paid.. Re: Da Kat Chod results..and KHM Congradulations on the disputes especially on the Providian issue that one is such a shocker when it finally comes back DELETED, because I had been working on that for what seemed like 4-EVER, but guess what just like the KAT it finally came off. You all bring the number to three, that I know of, who have had Providian disputes deleted in the past two months. Given their bulldog history on verifying disputes, I can only think that they have really cut back that dept. personnel.
