"checked" for status on Experian

    I just got back a copy of my experian. My last negative has CHECKED in the status field. WTH?

    <bump> That's weird. I've never seen "checked" listed as a status before. Anyone?

    That I believe is to indicate they verified it. I had that once also. Is it a collection acct.?

    They confirmed the name and address are in the computer...THEY DIDN'T CONFIRM YOU REALLY OWE ANY MONEY!!! BUT THEY "CHECKED"...

    Soup, you owe me $127.32 I have NO proof of debt (HOW, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY) but I have you in my computer saying you owe the debt...YOU WILL SEND IT, RIGHT???
