I had an online dispute going with eqifax. It had until 01/11/02 ( Today) I check it about 12:30am. Usually when I check it would say still investigating. This time it wanted to start a new investigation. Where can I find the results of my last investigation? Also if they can't validat and remove an item, will they send me a new updated CRedit report? Just call them and tell them you just noticed your dispute is no longe showing online and you want to know the results. They'll tell you.
Do you need to buy a report to see the results online? Also, is there a way to check the status of transunion on line?
If you went online to check status with the reference number they gave you after you disputed and instead of getting the info of when it due to be complete, you get asked to start a new investigation this "usually " means the investigation has been complete. You then go in and start a new investigation, if the item is still there and the reason is still there example ( this account was never late) then you didn't get the results you wanted, however if the selection is no longer an option, then your dispute was successful.
