I have read two different sites in regards to securing a loan and having medical collections on your credit. Both sites said medical collections are usually ignored. Has anyone any expertise in this area?
    The websites http://www.inremloans.com/tour_homes.asp
    and http://www.interest.com/sa960214.htm
pretty much say they over look medical. I am just trying to cover all angles. Thanks guys for any advice in this area!!!

GREAT QUESTION!!!! I never even thought of it! If this is the case then screw paying hubbys CA accounts cause they are all medical! However I think an FHA loan would be the most lenient (sp?) with med CA's. A friend of mine bought a house about a year ago, with a discharged BK and the loan officer was more concerned with payment histories with rent, phone, electricity, everyday necessities.
