Is anyone else getting this message? "Your membership is not active. Please call 1-800-787-6864 to contact our Customer Service for assistance. (CM_4101) " I am under the impression that I signed up for a year, and that isn't up until March or so...What gives???
Just got off the phone with them, and GET THIS!!!! They never billed me in August when I signed up for it, and they just now tried to bill me for it. Since I thought this was paid for, there isn't any room on my credit card for it. Not too hard to do with a $200 limit. What I don't get is why they waited almost 6 months to bill it... Bastages!!!!
Erica, Sign up with a different user name. I do it every month, then cancel around the 24-25th day of the cycle. Wait about 3 days and sign up with a new username again. Then I am NEVER billed
