from 435 on October 16 when I started my credit repair/rebuild journey to 553 as of today, 1/18/01.

I am so on a roll. the major negs that I have include
    the following:

    1 paid judgment

    1unpaid repo (hasn't reported since 2000)

1 paid student loan ( paid collection)

4 small collection accounts all under$300 for misc medical but dated in 2001.

should i dispute the repo.... will they come after me for a judgment that i cannot pay, should i tackle everything else first???? help a sister out creditnetters

    You Go GIRL..!!!! CONGRATS..!!!

I would dispute the Repo. I wouldn't worry about them coming back on you. You need to get it off. Unless you plan on working on a payment plan for deletion. This is your only other route.

    Good luck.. keep us posted.

What are the details surrounding the repo?

If this occurred a while back, I would dispute it.

If you are still bound by the statue of limitations, I would not dispute it.

I would dispute every thing else first.
