I have been receiveing calls from an outfit in Florida all this week, saying we see that you've applied for a credit card in the past 12 months, and you are eligible, I told them not interested, every time, remove my name from your list... They ignore my statement, I have a caller ID printout proving how many times they called, and under Maryland law, once you tell a telemarketer to remove your name, and they don't you're entitled to $500.00 in damages, I tried to get their address but they refused, and they wouldnt tell me their name again as well, (they said it too fast the first time around) The number comes up as Florida on my Caller ID and it is 305.621.3519, when I call it back, it comes to a voicemail system that is full! Any help would be appreciated, I want to teach these a**holes that NO means NO!!

I have been receiving calls from this phone # for at least 6 months. i dont mind bceuase the telemarketers tend to call when i am at work (i work at nights). i did try calling it back once but there was a message stating that that phone# didnt accept incoming calls. i also called the phone company about it. they told me since it was a ph# that couldnt accpet incoming calls it must be a telemarketer and they where unable to get the name of the company. i have trying to figure out how to get the calls to stop. but if i dont have the name of the company there is no one to send a cease and desist letter to. oh and he's changed his number several times. but it always comes from a 305 number question:who can i write a letter to in maryland to complain about this if i dont know the name of the company?

Re: SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 60 second recording from the original Planet Of The Apes or the 70s classic Network (I'm Mad As Hell And I am Not gonna take it anymore). It's funny how that screws up their telemarketing devices (the long pause). I also hear the message as some genius typing on a keyboard and grumbling about my message! Screw them...
