    Threats to report you to the CRAs if you don't pay un owed amounts.

    I agree, especially if they're tacking on excessive late fees, penalties, plus interest! It's like, if you don't pay (even if you don't really owe us this much), then we'll ruin your credit. It amounts to legal extortion...if there is such a thing.

    You are correct.
    I was addressing the issue of unresolved disputes as regards uncorrected billing errors.This results because the creditor ignores you or sweeps your complaint under the rug.

    Bake it with some brown sugar and maple syrup its good!!! I'm not a spam person either.but it's good that way.
    Doc: I'm kinda interested on the "tabasco" method Sally uses.
