i just got off the phone with veronica who was so nasty i wish i could have smacked her!!! she says she can not reinvestigate a item they investigated 05/01... the only info they wll accept is from the ca i said well i have 3 copys of letters i sent them return receipt and the green cards from the post office and they refuse to respond.. she said mam i dont care if you have 20 there is nothing i can do for you is there any other item i can help you with!!!!!!! WTF WTF i am at my breaking point i am just about to give up
Don't give up, I know your frustrated me too, I'm down to 2 collection accounts on all reports and can't get them to budge, with the exception of one account, they are all different on each report- some bureaus deleted others refuse even though they have all been deleted at some point, I don't know if I wrote that to make sense but in any event I COMPLETELY understand...maybe you can try faxing what you have over, or call back and talk to someone more competent! What ever you do DON"T GIVE UP! We're all here for each other!
Which CRA? I take it that it's EXP. They sent me a letter telling me what they refuse to do also. Then I got a nother letter yesterday saying that they are investigating ...yadi...yadi..yadi....UGGGH!
it was experian from what i have read over the las 6 months everyone has the one that wont budge my equifax credit report is the bomb never once have they gave me a problem but tu and experian suck and i am just so aggervated!!!!!!!!!
Experian is the only one who is giving me the most trouble too. But the only thing I can think to do is keep trying.
i will try but i am aat the breaking point i am also going to send them a intent to sue letter.. this is my livelyhood they are messing with and waht really ticks me off all of this stuff is from 96 and 97 its old
I called to try and redispute the bi@@@ said this has already been disputed and verified, she really pissed me off, so I hung up called back and got someone else it took a little convincing she did not want to put it back in dispute either but she did. Try again I know it is very frustrating!!!
