Wanting to compile a list of cases where people took on a small claims case against a collection agencies and won. Please give as much detail as possible. Also would like to hear from those who lost-and why.
I sued and won. Filed a complaint with my local magistrate, recieved an updated report removing all negs within 7 business days.
I filed suit against a ca through an attorney and won.I am not allowed to give all the details. They behaved badly on the phone, and that was enough! Paid off my bills and had a nice Christmas, courtesy of a ca who thought they could ignore the law and do as they pleased.
