How do I get a chargeoff of my credit file or should I say files??? I am new to the game but am willing to play the game a bit to see if I can accomplish anything good for myself. I have already posted one of my accounts about a B of A account that I think might be an easy one to take care of. I also have a DISCOVER account that is 5 years old and an AT & T credit card account that is 4 years old any advice on or what to do about these 2 accounts???
try disputing directly with the cra's , transunion, experian and equifax. if you dispute the entries, many times they are deleted. I have disputed entries as " not mine" and when cra could not verify, they came off my reports.
Sometimes they just don't reply...or maybe the CRA doesn't even contat them. It's a silly game we all have to play.
