Hi all, I know AMEX reports the high balance on Blue and other credit card accounts, but does anyone know if the actual limits are being reported now ???

    Thanks.

Last week when I contacted their Credit Bureau Unit the lady I spoke with stated that Amex has a new software program that reports the credit limits for their revolving cards. She said it would probably take 30 days to report to the bureaus and to have the accounts updated. So I would check your report around the first week of March to see that the correct information is being reported.

Amex hasn't updated my reports since 10/2001 and 11/2001.

Amex CC credit limits are shown in at least 2 of my reports for quite some time.

I disputed my Amex Blue tradeline with EXP and they nuked the entire tradeline, just like they did to George.

Having tradelines disppear doesn't bother me all that much. I'm already prime and I have other creditors that DO report their high lines (MBNA LOC for example). My silent Amex LOC, for example, is a nice little weapon in my credit arsenal.
