    If you have anything bad with a 651 CE i can tell you to give it up on amex. I had a 677 CE and got denied to : mbna, amex loc, and state farm.

    it says no account for that ssn#....UGH!!! What else can we do? He doesn't need it for the ratios, just to have something of his own, one of his reason codes are "file too thin".
