Can someone help me with composing a couple of letters.

    1. In regards to the 2 new CA accounts that were not listed on my CR (Exp) in 11/01 but are now listed on the CR 01/02. Should I just send the standard verification letter?

    2. I had Equifax to verify 2 items (CO/CA Sold or Transferred) and they came back deleted. How should I send copies of the deleted items from Equifax to Experian and what should the letter say?

    Thank You.

one question - did you already try disputing the items with Experian?

    yes, with "inaccurate please delete"
got letter back with "items could not be investigated because you did not say specifically why the information is inaccurate"

Lizard explained this to me in great detail as to how they can say they need more information but I read in a post some time ago that "inaccurate please delete" was used when disputing items so I used.
