Those crooked jerks. They just re reported the collection acct. that came off last month. They have not answered my validation, they have not answered the estoppel. They sent me a letter last month that in order for them to validate, they need me to send a copy of my drivers license, social security card, and 5 signatures. They will be served with the lawsuit by Friday. No more games. $5,000 for their violations plus deletion. I am also filing another complaint with the atty general and my state banking dep't and the ftc.

I am seriously pissed off!! They also managed to get it back on equifax which deleted it in November. They added the statement "consumer disputes" but that doesn't cover them for readding it without validation. I have an ftc opinion letter that says no can do. http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpa/letters/cass.htm I believe #2 and #4 cover this b.s. quite well.
