I just logged on and was going to print out all the reports I have been ordering and the alerts, showing what changes and what dates. They are all gone. All that is left is my 2 most recent reports and scores. I needed all this to prove where collections were re-inserted and added twice. Where did it go?
They don't get deleted after 30 days. I have notification archives going back to 11/2000 when I first signed up for credit watch. and I have reports going back to early 2001 too.
My have all been deleted after 30 days...maybe there's a # you can call to find out how to retrieve them or if you can...
With CreditWatch service you get an automatic archive of all reports for one full year. They are NOT deleted. With the *regular* service...just creating a member account (sign in name & password) and then purchasing single reports as needed, then those are deleted after thirty days. But the 38.95 CW service keeps all reports online for a year. Calmest_LA
