OK I can see that I am (perhaps) behind the times here- I received paper copies of all of my reports (and updated copies with each set up disputes, except Exp. which does not send updated copies). It seems as though most people here are using online reporting tools to view their report pretty much anytime they want... I would like to have this freedom, so can someone give me the which (cra's that is), where (site links) and how much ($$)...

    Experian - http://www.creditexpert.com

First 30 days = Free. If you don't cancel within the time period, it's $79.95

TransUnion - I just go to their website and say there's fraud on the repot. You'll either be able to view on-line or they'll block you for 30 days, in which case they'll mail you a report.

Equifax...You could try http://www.consumerinfo.com but I don't know how reliable it is.

    kit,
Here are some older posts talking about the different credit services:

on TU you can check the box that says you were denied credit, put in a company name and date and you should end up with a free online report and score. I'd be afraid of checking the Fraud box, for fear that TU would put a fraud alert on my file.

Experian doesn't send you updated copies? They always have with mine. I always ask at the end of my dispute for them to send me an updated copy.

Nope, they only send me a summary of disputes and results and copies of the tradelines that were updated or changed.
