    ???????????

I have several student loans that have been consilidated into one loan. All seven list paid/transferred but are listed as deragatory through CreditExpert. I disputed online and asked why there were bad history when I have six other loans, all with same paid/transferred status, that are listed as postive.

No late pays, nothing. They have been verified as of 2/2002. Is it possible that they just verified the information without looking at the notes or undertanding what I was requesting?

    All suggestions or opinions welcome.

if they are paid collections, try the nutcase letter to ca.

They are not collections at all. They are transferred loans consilidated into one Sallie Mae loan.

I have thirteen total that have been consilidated. Six of them report as positive tradelines, seven as deragotory. I don't get it. I think that EX did not follow through as requested. I should call them and Sallie Mae to figure out what exactly they did to determine that these are negative tradelins.
