They removed one ca account from 2001 and removed the whole providian tradeline, although i was only disputing late pays. this was my oldest tradeline from 1998 and had three late pays. Should I be concerned, or is it better that it is off? Oh yeah, they verified the medical collections, after i know they received validation and estopple..... lawsuit time!
Congrats! You are movin' on up the FICO ladder. When TU deletes, it's a hard delete - so that the account can't show up again. Good job!
Trans Union deleted a loan of mine and a credit card when I disputed them as duplicates (all 4, the original loan and cc, and the duplicates). They also had lates. Then when the companies updated the next month, it came back on my reports as never late. I *cross my fingers* have had luck w/Trans Union. Janet
thanks Janet, I hope it reports as never late if it comes back, however, the penalty for reinsertation of negatives w/o notification in five days could be severe (lol)
