my Equifax update back on the day that I requested, what do I do? I have two final items. I disputed them as inaccurate and noted with a very detailed letter as to why they were and where FCRA says that b/c of the inaccuracies that they have to remove these items. I ask that they complete it by today. I did not receive anything from them. What do I do if I still have not received a new report by Monday? I advised them that since a re-I is not needed then they only needed 15 days. BTW, FCNB card finally arrived today!!! YIPPEE!
