was overnighted to experian on yesterday. i served the registered agent in my state and gave them until March 19 or will file suit.

really nervous about doing this but I have a good paper trail. any suggestions appreciated. I did the overnight thing to let them know that i am serious.

i have the lawsuit paperwork completed and will send it overnight on march 19 if need be with a final fax before filing on march 18. does this make sense to you guys.

Does this make sense? Absolutely. You are giving them every opportunity to correct their errors. If not, you file your lawsuit to protect your own interest. Just keep every piece of paper.

Uniond - How did you find out who the registered agent is in your State? I will be overnighting an intent to sue on Friday and would like to send it to the registered agent in my State as well. I was originally going to send it to Experian, Senior Counsel, 505 City Parkway West, Orange, CA. 92868. Thanks in advance.
