I sent my TU dispute on 2/5, they sent me back a letter for address verification 2/15, I sent this back the very next day.. I logon to TU online today and they do not mark anything as disputed... Is this normal? In the letter they sent, they stated they would start the dispute, and listed each account that was disputed... all correct... 4 accounts... Can you just not tell from their online report? Something seems wrong... Please advise. Thanks.
They NEVER mark it as in dispute. At least they never have for me. The only way to check on the status (that I know of) is to call them.
