Well, I tried to offer NCS and Collectech full payment in exchange for deletions, but I never heard back from either of them.

So now what should I do to get these removed? Any suggestions out there? I've disputed with all 3 credit bureaus. Tu deleted. EQ and EX verified as PAID...which I never paid these coll. accts.

    Did the CAs Validate?

Have you done validation with Collectech? If so, its time to sue. Did you make any admission of guilt in the settlement offers? If not, call and find out who your case manager is, mine is Larry, if they ask why tell them you want to know h=who to name in your lawsuit. At this point they will either hang up or be willing to work with you, probably the first.

Thanks guys. I never did send validation. I just sent a cease and desist...that was before I learned about validation :(

Now, months later, I sent a settlement offer to pay in full in exchange for deletions. I never acknowledged owing these alleged debts and stated such in my settlement letter.

Well, the've just ignored me, and these items continue to remain on two of my reports. I have 18 months before Collectech falls off. Two years before NCS falls off. Both of these accounts are totally bogus to say the least.

I'm now on my second round of disputes with EX. We'll see how that goes. In any event, I am going to file suit against NCS within the next month if I cannot get it removed through this second round of disputes.

There is NO WAY they can validate...that's for sure. After the first round of disputes, they reported it as PAID to EX! Yeah, right! Like I paid this bogus claim. I don't think so, lol!

But damn it, I shouldn't have to take off work and go to the trouble of filing a lawsuit for a bogus collection account. It just infuriates me to no end!
