I have a few problems with my Experian report. I am experiencing problems because I have to send my disputes to a local affilate.

    Problem 1:
I have a collection account. The problem is its with the "Credit Bureau" aka Experian local affialte. has anyone had success requesting validation, from a credit bureau collection agency? It is past the sol. Its for $499.00. I am wondering if a validation request will do me any good. Any one have a suggestion?

    Problem 2:
I had a autoloan through Chrysler Financial. I have 25 30x's late notations. (I know, this was before I really and truly cared about my credit.). I disputed the tradeline through Experian. The idiots updated it as Paid/60 days past due. It was not paid off late. I traded the car in for the car I have now.

I sent Chrysler a letter explaining the problem, certified return receipt, they didn't respond. When I called the rep told me, "We don't have to respond to you, we only respond to the credit bureau." I have a copy of the letter with the certified return receipt showing they signed for the letter. Can I sue them for inaccurate credit reporting? I reviewed the FCRA, I can't get past the leaglese. I wonder if I sue the President of Chrysler in small claims they will delete for dropping the suit? Any feedback anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!

My hubby has the same problem with Chrysler. They won't budge, I look at it this way, we will NEVER finance through them again. Their loss not mine.
