I did get the deletions I wanted through the BBB with Medclr, and through my lawsuit, a small sum of money I cannot specify due to the terms of the agreement. Still waiting about the Big Lying Three, as they've screwed with my file somewhat and EQ reinserted an item without notifying me. Still waiting on Russell Agency. They could be giving me a NICE sum of money due to the NUMEROUS violations during validation. Perhaps enough to buy a new car
author22, what type of violations did you address in your complaint, if this does not violate your agreement. if you cannot be specific can you answer in general
