How long did it take you to receive? They said mine went out bulk last Friday and it still isn't here Should have asked them to fax me a copy, I guess. L
They sent mine out bulk mail also. It was sent on the 8th of Feb and I got it on the 18th of Feb. They also sent a UDF to Exp. and Equ. on Feb 7. It took Exp. about 10 days to remove it. On March 4, Equifax still hadn't removed it. I called the business office for Equifax and told them the story. They called gulf state and it was removed the next day. With Equifax, you may have to call and push them to get it removed.
I received the same letter a few days ago. I hadn't even had a chance to validate it with them. I had disputed it thru EX and it came off from there and EQ immediately. Then I received the letter. Maybe LKH has beaten them into submission? Or maybe it will rear its ugly head again? BTW it was a bogus collection from a number of years ago. Cheers,
