If I bought something online and wind up in dispute later, is the creditor able to validate?

    Obviously, I never signed anything......

Not looking for a free lunch, just curios how they would go about "Proving" their end of the case.

    Anybody know the answer?

Validation usually pertains to credit accounts or accounts of the like.

Electronic signatures are valid and legal so my guess is they can probably validate. Unless you can prove fraud, but you said it was yours so I don't know.
